	• This extension can be booked in conjunction with any of our West Coast tours which finish in Los Angeles. • Flights between Los Angeles and Honolulu are not included. • Please provide flight numbers and arrival / departure times at time of booking. • Please issue separate vouchers for the transfers and the hotel stay

	Child price applies to children 16 and under and over 8 years, sharing a room with 2 adults. Children under 8 years old will not be admitted to our Escorted Tours.

	All prices are based on fuel price, coach rates and park entrance fees as of Aug 31, 2007. Surcharges may apply should the price of fuel rise by 10% or more, or if park entrance fees increase. Please contact us for more information.
